The Manfrotto 055XB tripod is a larger version
190XB designed with all
the versatility and even more stability.
Built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 055XPROB,
but without the horizontal center column feature, the 055XB is
lighter in weight and slightly more compact than the
055XPROB. The ergonomics of the leg angle release
mechanism and the quick action leg locks themselves have also
been greatly improved. The leg angle presets allow the camera to
reach all intermediate heights from minimum to maximum
extension. The leg warmers helps keep hands warm in cold
weather and protects the body when carrying the tripod on the
shoulders.
